With over 30 years experience, Gym Boutique was created to help women feel comfortable in a gym and confident in their bodies! It's a lifestyle at this gym! Ansley Escalona

Ansley is a professional ballerina and certified personal trainer. She turned her passions into a business and is a neufit Specialist. She sets her goals high and is always challenging herself along with her clients. She competes in the NPC fit model division.

Christy Schwarzlose

Christy is the owner and has been in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years . She is a certified personal trainer and has a BS in Nutrition from the University of Texas Health Science Center. Christy is an online lifestyle/ prep coach for bikini and fit model competitors. Her passion is helping women to be strong and feel good as they age. She competes in the NPC 55 Master bikini division.

Kaylee Horn

Kaylee is the mother of 3 boys and her own weight loss story became her passion and she loves to help others gain confidence and recomp their bodies. She is an online lifestyle/prep and posing coach for fit model and bikini competitors. Kaylee competes in the NPC Bikini division.

The Neufit (Neubie) is electrical stimulation therapy. It accelerates recovery, relieves chronic pain, and enhances athletic performance.

Personal training and Nutrition

We offer in studio personal training along with nutrition guidance to help individuals reach their fitness and health goals! We also offer memberships but they are limited.
